You want to impress the website owner with how good your articles are. In particular, articles must be unique and not published anywhere else, and must be high quality and highly informative, interesting or useful to readers - a submitted article should "add to value" to both the reader and the website.
Posting rules are the same as Google: let's give them what they want! In a nutshell: no spammy articles!
Writing Guidelines
- Apply subheadings to the post body whenever possible.
- Use short paragraphs, or bullet points to make the post easier to read.
- Include a short bio (50 words). This is where you will usually include your links.
- Add only one or two links, usually contained in the author bio. Some webmasters may allow links from within the article body.
- Don’t use affiliate links! It looks spammy and is considered unpolite in this community!
Article Relevance
The sites and articles need to be as relevant to each other as possible. Why? Simply because this gives us the best content and links in the eyes of Google – which makes it even more important than PR. Always keep in mind that Google can in fact penalise or heavily discount links from unrelated websites! So, only submit articles that are relevant to the site! For example: if you want to post on our Knitting for Profit site, don’t send us an article about women's health for a link back to your women's health blog – though somewhat related, it is still not relevant enough.
Duplicate Content Policy

Webmasters who've agreed to accept guest posts on their sites expect to receive unique, insightful guest posts which have never been published elsewhere on the web. To protect site owners' interests, Champions Link Builder has a zero tolerance policy regarding the submission of duplicate content.
What Our Community Considers Duplicate Content
If a guest post contains sentences, or substantial parts of sentences, which the author has copied from documents elsewhere on the web (or from offline publications), we consider this duplicate content.
Penalties for Submission of Duplicate Content
If we get reports back from webmasters that your submitted posts contain duplicate content, we will inspect your account more thoroughly to determine the extent of the problem. We will most likely terminate your account, and notify all site owners who've published your posts in the past - advising them to delete your posts from their sites.
Guest Posters are Responsible for Their Content
You are responsible for all posts you submit to other Community members. If we find duplicate content in a guest post you purchased from an outsource, we'll treat it no differently than if you'd written it yourself.
