How to submit your site detail information

Simply fill in the form below and hit "Submit". Once your site is accepted into CLB community our team will upload the details and your site will have its own description listed in the Index of Sites section of CLB. It will then be searchable by potential guest authors in 3 simple ways:

• By its Niche/Topic
• By its Categories and Keywords/Tags
• Alphabetically through the Index of Sites

The information you submit below is what will appear on the site details page. This page makes it easy for authors to see:

• Exactly what kind of articles site owner is looking for.
• Whether the site Topic and Keywords are a good match for the writer.

Form-filling guidelines for best effect

Niche/Topic

Describe the niche, topic or main keyword the site is in. Please be as detailed as possible so we know what site is about. For example, dont just list "crafting" -tell us what sort of craft eg "knitting". You can also add the sites URL if you like.

Date Established

List the date - year, that the site was started

Description

This is where you have the chance to tell authors exactly what you’re looking for in terms of content style, voice, format, etc. The site description field allows markup, so site owners can add helpful links to their description (possibly a link to a preferred set of topics, or to a more detailed description on their site).

Categories

Select your most appropriate category from the drop down menu. You can also add additional categories if you like.

Keywords/Tags

Use keywords to give authors a more detailed idea of subjects you want to cover on your site. For example, my site might be in the broad categories of business and finance. I could add specific keywords such as starting a business, buying a franchise, or small business marketing. Keywords are helpful in helping authors understand what topics a site owner would like to see covered, and they’re also searchable for authors looking for specific topics

Word count requirement

You can set the word requirement as high or low as you want. The default is 300 words.

Links allowed

You can allow any number of links in a post or author bio box. Default is one link. Detail any specific linking requirements here. For example, some site owners allow multiple links per post, but only allow one of them to be “self-serving.” Other site owners require certain link placements in the post itself or in the author bio box.
